I contacted Rich Whyle for his marketing services in August 2012.

He seemed to be running a marketing company which I was interested in hiring to bring two of my latest new products to the USA.

It is important to mention that his associates were Jennifer Whyle, and Meredith Norton.

After receiving a contact and confirming a deal with all the details I sent to his office.

1. Product samples -  312 pcs
2. Consignment products - 156 pcs
3. Marketing material - around 650 pcs
4. Customer contact list and notes - excel - emailed
5. Product #1 Sales Training Material
6. Product #2 Sales Training Material
7. Rich Whyle Steel cards
8. $1000 Sign on Cheque

Right after cashing my cheque I got an email that his office was closed.
Below is a copy of the email.

"I would like to thank all suppliers and customers for the relationships we have had over the years. Unfortunately, due to the economic situation currently in the United States, Whyle Distributing has closed its doors and has filed for chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We wish you all the best in moving forward in your business endeavors.

THIS IS A AUTOMATED MESSAGE AND THE INBOX IS NOT MONITORED, AND AS SUCH, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO REPLY TO ANY EMAILS.
Sincerely,

Whyle Distributing"

My total loss is $3726.

Richard Whyle, Jennifer Whyle, and Meredith Norton.
You will surface again, and when you do, I will be there.

Now I understand exactly what you are trying to do. You string people along until they lose their patience. And then you decide that they are threatening you and you choose not to pay them. You have to remember something you were not planning to pay them or me anyway. And you think that you can just get away with that constantly? I don't understand how you are so lucky as to get away with all of these things that you do to people. Being the sociopath that you are, you do not care about anybody you do not care if they are able to pay their bills or not or even eat. All you care about is yourself and how you think that you're going to prosper. The fact of the matter is it is illegal to not pay anybody their

wages. And it doesn't matter that you made a decision long before. Buy legal law you are supposed to notify your employees of any type of pay change within 7 days of the change itself. All records show that you notified us one day before payday that we were due to get paid 2 weeks. And you continue to play with a pay schedule . Which resulted in no one getting paid. You cannot do that. And you decide that you're just not going to pay anybody at all there are people that are still waiting for their money. And they are getting more and more Angry no matter what threats you sent to them it doesn't matter it is not in their hands anymore. KNOLL FOODS, LLC is yet another scam. Now I really believe all of those

things that were said about you on the internet and all of the things that are being said about you as of right now, as well as the Paper Trails and all of the recordings. As you know I am very detailed and I save everything and I mean everything because I knew that this was going to happen and I knew that I would need some sort of backup to backup what I am claiming. As well as everyone else's claims against you. I know a lot more than you think I know I know a lot more than what you try to tell fool me into believing. I have seen everything and I have records of everything and I want my money and I know that you are not planning to pay me whatsoever. Everything is on record. If you were smart

enough you would figure out a way to pay us the money that we have earned. And I have earned money by working my hours that is being taken away from a real job that I could be at. You need to pay me. There is absolutely no Slander here, these are all facts. You need to pay me or I will go to the appropriate parties. As well as gather up everyone who is involved. Employees and including your clients. Companies that you have taken money from and are not delivering. As well as all the employees that are involved and are in cahoots with you. As well as all your potentials that will be warned about you. This is not a threat this is a promise. You cannot just get away without paying and not have any type of

consequence. If I do not receive my money right now, it is worth to work hard and do everything I can, to see some sort of Justice. There are people out there that are prepared to go to jail over this. So you need to do the right thing and take care of it right now. With that being said, I want my money. I'm not playing with you anymore and I told you I was serious and I am very very serious. Let me know what time to come over and pick up my money. Maybe you can sell or Pawn that Mercedes in the driveway, and give me my money... rent time. ‪#‎KnollFoods‬ ‪#‎FoodBroker‬ ‪#‎KnollFoods101‬ ‪#‎KnollKnowledge‬ ‪#‎WhosYourBroker‬ ‪#‎knollfoodsnv‬

This person is refusing to pay me hours worked from the beginning of pay period 04/03/16, and has not paid me up to date.  I have worked 126 hours up until the time I quit due to non payment of wages.  Pay rate of $15 per hour for 126 hours of service.  Also refused to issue benifits as implied at 90 days of employment.

I don't know who posted this email address, but I am the one who posted the first review, and we did resolve this issue along time ago. Unfortunately reviews can't be removed from the site.

I do not know if this "SM" is a scammer or what, but I think he was the one who tried to use my information. Mr Whyle did file bankruptcy, but he was in touch with me after that was through and helped me secure right at $57,000 in new business.

I feel bad that I posted this and didn't wait, as things did work out.

He has struck again

Hi

We were defrauded by Rich Whyle and Knoll Foods in a similar way late last year. Do not trust this individual. We paid a $2,500 retainer to this company for broker services to represent our food company, and provided to him considerable samples and marketing materials. No work was ever commenced by him or his company, and I believe that he intentionally misled us from the start as there never was an intention to enter into a business relationship in good faith.

After many emails saying that work was soon to be started, I happened to come across Rich at a Food Show, where he admitted that no work had ever been started and that he would pay back our retainer. Unsurprisingly, he emailed a couple days later saying that he would not be paying this back.

Please comment below if this has also happened to you so we can be in contact.

Regards

SM
