The company advertised $7.95 oil change which i knew that is too good to be true but still went. Then the mechanic tell me that my Toyota avalon needs 6 1/2 quarts of oil and its extra,My filter is a "special" filter and its $10 extra.The base price is $17.95 and you get $10 coupon so you can come back and get ripped off again..The total price was over $33 stay away!!!

I would like to bring to your attention what our advertisement states. Synthetic Blend Oil Change - $7.95* - 5 qts Castrol 5w30 Synthetic Blend oil and oil filter for most cars. A Toyota Avalon that has a 3.5 liter engine takes a special filter (which we do not stock) and 6 1/2 quarts of oil. The $10 rebate check that you receive can be used for your next oil change or you may take your check to any Rick Johnson location and we will give you $10 back. We have been unable to contact you but if you call us at our Corporate office, we would be more than happy to speak with you.

*Customer pays $17.95 minus $10 mail-in rebate.
