RII STROMAN Took my money, deceived me about results, Lied about their services ripoff Conroe Texas

I was desperate to sell my timeshare. The resort would not buy it back, realtors would not help me, I consulted several timeshare selling companies, decided on Stroman because of Mickey Wilson's friendly, helpful understanding manner of my situation. Sent my $499. Have been on their list since October of last year, they never call. I have had to call and e-mail them to get any response at all. No follow up.

When I e-mailed Mickey, she claimed she didn't know why I wasn't getting a response from 'customer service' and that she would forward my inquiries. I had to borrow the money to have Stroman list my timeshare from one of my sisters. I am angry, deceived, hurt, dissolusioned and stuck with a timeshare I cannot afford to keep.

It seems their business is not in selling timeshares, but in sticking it to honest people who are in need of selling their timeshares. $499. is an awful lot of money to type a few words on a keyboard onto a list.
