Rincon Management Services Rincon Filing Bogus Debt Collection Agency Corona, California

A representative "Scamer" called from this company asking for my 84 year old disabled veteran father by name. Said they were a legal office and gave me a phone number and case number in reference to a court ordered Summons. I asked the woman what was the name of the company and she said she could not release Client Information to me. I corrected myself and asked what was the name of the company she worked for. She said Rincon Filing. I had her spell it for me. She said if I had power of Attorney,  I could call the number.

I did a search on the internet and found this RipOff Report site and saw the company had numerous compaints. I did call the company and after telling them I had a power of attorney they were all to willing to disclose the so called private information to the tune of $2054.39. I asked them where thier company was based out of and she responded Corona, California. Same City and State listed on the Rip Off Report. I confronted her about my findings and she responded that no one like a collection agency calling them. So I told them to mail or issue thier warrant, get a life and hung up the phone!!
