CCBill.com ripoff Tempe Arizona

I made the mistake of joining up for a porn site known as emily davinci.com for a period of one year through CCBill.com. The website turned out to be a part of a three site deal through myxxxpass.com which in turned was billed as 1000facials.com. Already a little convoluted.

The main website, myxxxpass.com noted updates which would be appearing on the site next week - updates which never came. In fact, over a 6 month period, no updates to the site occurred at all. Then, the emily davinci site was closed down entirely.

When I complained about this I was told by 1000facials.com that I could be reimbursed with 200$ in oral sex dvds - to which I replied that I was not interested and that instead I wanted partial renumeration - for their false advertising and for shutting down the site that I had joined for in the first place. There has been no response from either company, except to say that my password is working fine and that content can be changed at any time.

Well, on top of that my password and login are no longer valid for the remaining sites - which to tell you the truth I'm not interested in anyway. I reported this to CCBill.com a number of times and their only response is that they have tried it and found it to be working. All of the sites have gone into beta (whatever that means - the link explaining it does not even work). CCBill.com continues to deny any access problem on my part.

The CCBill staff are incredibly rude to deal with, not to mention unhelpful. They will do anything in their power to protect fraudulent companies and care nothing for the individual consumer. My advice is to stay clear of any site which has a payment plan through CCBill.com. Since a year is longer than six months, I believe that I should be paid some of that money back. CCBill.com doesn't see it that way.

I would suggest that if you see the CCBill.com logo, that you run the opposite way as fast as you can.
