I have seen a charge of 7.00 a this month from WLI*Reservation Rewards billed to my visa account. Not having really noticing it until I asked my wife about it and she had no idea what it was so I started searching the net. We low and behold I find out it's a scam site. I then contacted my credit card holder and they went on line to check this out from your rip off page.
I called this 888-688-5995 number and talked to the operator. She said that i had joined this program through Choice Hotels by filling out the bottom of the page. First of all, we don't do any hotel buying online and second of all when i asked her how they got my visa, she said that I had oked it to be charged. If find that hard to believe since I have never visited that site and have never given this site any of my credit card info. When I asked them how they goy my credit card number they didn't have and answer for me. Needless to say I'm having that account closed and am going to charge a fraudulent complaint against them.
My question is, how did they get my visa number. And which online site is selling out this information. From all the reports about this site It's hard to believe they aren't in jail yet.

Luckily, they charged me only a month coz I'm using online banking which I can view my credit card transactions. I purchased the fragrances from fragracenet.com which paid by my credit card. I I made a call to cancel the member and asked one of the customer services said they got my credit card number from fragancenet.com which the next purchasing fragrance will be discounted $ 10 dollars off. Also she mentions to me about I went to the website and entered my email address twice blah blah blah...none sense! Thoeretically, I belived that they joined their businesses to rip the customers off. What a shame! Curiously, how can I trust online purchasings anymore?

I absolutely can not believe that I was charged $9.00 for a company I have never heard of and have no idea how they got my number. I smell a class action lawsuit in their future.

I just discovered that this Reservations Rewards company has been charging my credit card $7 per month for almost a year!!!
Yes, it is my fault for not looking into the $7 charge the first time I noticed it several months ago, but to be honest, I only use one card and I use it for everything, so I thought it was just something I charged and had forgotten about. I was wrong.
When I visited the America West Airline site in November of 2003 I admittingly signed up to be advised of travel deals. What I didn't know was that to get information on these deals, I would be charged $7 per month. Of course this fact is well hidden in the fine print of their user agreement.
Note to ALL peoples using the internet. DO NOT sign up for ANYTHING unless you have read ALL of the fine print. Companies like Reservations Rewards are out to make money however they can and they will mis-lead consumers and take advantage whereever possible.
I've learned my lesson.
