It is not RR that is affecting your company's reputation. It may be your spelling, but I'm pretty sure it is the person who is making the reports against you. You hould be pointing your finger at them.

I suggest you learn spelling and grammar first, then concentrate on common sense. Once you have those down you can try your hand at finishing thought processes. Your thoughts seems to stop when you see the problem and not follow through to the heart of the problem.

Don't be another thoughtless idiot who sails through life completely clueless. Go out, get educated, figure out it is yourself that's wrecking your business and fix the effing problem! But first, go get a dictionary and look up most of the words in this post so you understand what the he!! I'm talking about.

Quit being a whiner, quit placing blame and start thinking about why your business ended up here in the first place...duh.

 I have not a clue what your report is about!!! Your "business" is probably affected because you do not have the ability or knowledge of the ENGLISH LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!

 You go right ahead and waste YOUR TIME!!!! Its going to FAIL!! See RoR is a MEDIA OUTLET!!! As such all RoR is doing is publishing YOUR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS!!!! So when YOU get to court and the Judge sees that YOU are trying to get money out of RoR, YOU are going to be laughed out of court!! Plus pay ALL of the court costs involved. YOU have to go after the individual posters NOT the MEDIA OUTLET that gives those customers a VOICE!!!!! I find YOUR POST hilarious!!!!! YOU have NOT been ripped off and seek to WHINE that there is a forum for customers who get screwed by the business. Heres a NOVEL THOUGHT!!! Be a BETTER business person. Many many times people get on RoR and play crybaby over issues that THEY have and its NORMALLY not the businesses fault. You know the usual consumer whinefest when they don't get their way.
