Riverbend Sandler Pools in Plano, Texas do not back the work done by their own sub contractors. The work done was unprofessional and looks like blind monkeys did it. They promised to fix it and "make us happy" but they refused to do as they promised. They make you pay in full prior to all the work being finished (it's in the fine print of their contract) thus walking away was more profitable for them. This company cannot be trusted. If you chose this company make sure they remove the fine print in the contract that allows them to get all their money before the work is approved by the homeowner. We are very disappointed!

Riverbend Sandler Pools has been building pools in North Dallas for over 30 years and are know for quality. Each of our subcontractors is considered to be superior craftsman. We have always tried to provide the best service and follow through for our customers. Additionally, we have always tried to go the extra mile and do the right thing when we have a misunderstanding between the customer and the company. That is why our mission statement is Lifetime pools for Lifetime Customers. We are currently unaware of any unhappy customer in Allen. If you feel that the company did not resolve an issue, or you paid for something that you did not get or were not treated properly, please contact the Construction or General Manager for a resolution.
