Husband and I were in OKC for the Memorial Marathon and saw a promo for Riverwind; earn 20 points, get $20 matchplay. We are seasoned gamblers in Indian Casino's in Oklahoma. Everywhere 20 points means $20. NOT HERE.

I played $56.00 and earned FOUR points. Spouse played $105 and earned SEVEN points. Off to the player's club we went to find out WHAT GIVES? The attendant told us that each machine eans points differently and we must have been playing progressives as they don't earn many points.  WE state no, we're penny slot players.  She just shrugged and said that's all I can say.

If this is not a dishonest practice, I don't know what is.  Truth in advertising is the best policy. Just say, Play $200 (or whatever the average amount is), get $20. 

It is much better to have an informed, satisfied customer than one who is angered by an ambivalent policy. The old adage that a satisfied customer will tell one or two people about their experience, but an unsatisfied one will tell one hundred. We will never enter the doors again of this establishment.  There are WAY too many other indian casinos in Oklahoma.
