RoadLoans says your approved but not approved ripoff Huntington Beach, California

First of all i did not know there was such a sight or i would have done this a long time ago. So anyways back in December i had applied for a Loan through Road Loans, a few days went by and i recieved a package with information on how to get a car financed through RL.

I was excited because i have not so great credit and i was going to get some help to re-establish credit.Got all the information they need ed to them and the next day i was told to go and search for a car at a dealership in Austin. So i did.

I filled out all the paperwork at the dealership and picked out the car and i thought it was all in good standing.The dealership called RL and there was an issue with my car insurance because they wanted the car to be on the poilcy before it left the lot, but my insurance wanted to see the car before they pt it on the policy, it was late and i said i will take care of the car thing the next day.

When i called RL that morning on of their represenatives told me everything looked good. So i was like OK let me see what i can do on the insurance and i wil call you back.Not even 10 minutes late anither represenative called me back and aske me if i was full time at my current job and i told her no because i am only part time. Well since i had only been at my job for 5 months and i was part time they were not able to finance to me at that time. I asked them if they could hold the application until my 6 months and she said the application is good for 30 days, so i would have to re apply and there should not be a problem.

Ok so i let at least my 8 months at work go by and i re apply, and i get an e-mail telling me that i was not able to get a loan because of my credit. I called them up and they told me the same thing and i explaind the situation and i was put on hold for 15 minutes.

When they decided to come back to the phone, the CSR explained to me that it was a final decision based on credit and i told her that credit was not an issue before and nothing on my credit report had changed and so she apologized and did her little RL sppech and hung up on me.

Yeah they are a crock of BULL and i was pretty upset so i do recomend fro no one to apply for this.
