I returned to tops to this company, both were junk & both were defective.One had a brown stain on it from the brown trim bleeding on it & the other had an unsewn portion on the neckline. It cost me $8.37 to return these
items & I cannot get thru to anyone at Roamans but a robot. At one of the phone #'s they ask for your social security number to get further into the system, WHAT is that for??????
I also had ordered a sweat shirt cardigan from them but it was so cheaply made I just threw it in the trash, I was unwearable to anyone. I am going to keep trying for the $8.37 if it takes me till I die. This is totally unfair of Roamans to keep my money on defective merchandise.
I will NEVER order from them again no matter what and I suggest you all do the same. If you do and have the same problem as I'm having and you get results, please let me know how you managed it.

But....I have been a Roamans customer for 14+ years. They USED to pay return shipping, but not anymore-not fora long time. Even if the item is defective, you still pay the return shipping.
Just thought I would let ya know-so's you don't die stressing over 8 bucks-n-a-bit! ;;)
