I am pretty sure that I am not the first one who would like to expose this company to as many people as possible. This company uses deceptive and fraudulent practices to elude people into a non workable grossly over priced opportunity in real estate investments. This company has no ethics and credability.

I attended three day training"Creating wealth with real estate" on June23-25,2006 which took place in New York. I paid $2,995 for the training.

On the first day of training hardly any information was even given. But we were promissed by speakers to get more valuable and specific information and all the details on the second day of the training. Come on time and ready! After the first day you can not get you money back.

On the second day the staged performance was well rehersed and plant to set us up for an upsale of additional $6,000(mentoring program). Led to beleive that thats what we need in order to succeede.

By the end of the second day I have began to realize that they were taken us for a suckers ride. They gave us material to read and listen at home. And when I got home and started to read. I alredy have been reading this in the books and on the internet.

The third day was a complete disaster. One of the speakers by name Alex came out and could not even speak. He could not even add two numbers together. He was new to this circus.

The two other speakers were not equipped or proficient enough to answer questions.

Thus this training was to resort to material for us to read or listen at home, and this is what this company all about. Therefore, this company objective is to lure people to keep continuing their program, one step at the time, selling there "BS" programs in stages.

The fattest of all their lies is that you will make money back in 30 days. They said that you can started your business using "other people money with out using a dime of your own money". If this was true they would not have such a strict return policy. And Allen Robert would not send this message through his speakers "employees" that "he does not need your money, he is just helping you".

What a guy!Bravo!
Once they have you worked into emotional fransy they will have you sign all the legally binding contract. They also record the very end of the process so you have no recourse once you find out that the program is a sham. This way they are legally protected against any lawsuits. It is a CRIME!

I was asking them through my letter to get my $2,995 back. The quality assurance manager Cindy Emely said to me refund request can not be granted. She said to me that is up to me to make the most of this opportunity. When I completed my training, I received an arsenal of resource materials such as books and cds. And if it is not enough for me I can call or e-mail to member advisers support. And I did e-mail my questions three or four times.

When I received the answer from them I was speechless. They refer me to the websites where I can get the answer to my question.

Please let's all get together and get our money back.
