Royal Holiday Rip-ff / no communication / will not cash checks and cancel membership, Internet

Have been brushed off since 2/2010 regarding membership and fee's since Royal took over from Ocean Imperial. After 3 days of being referred to others and many hours on hold, been told membership is canceled and am out $10,000 us +we have paid in contract and yearly maint. fees since 2001. They have not even cashed last payment made and returned one other payment with letter in Spanish, which doesn't do me any good.

Nowthey say to call credit agency, which claims they have never in history had my file. Called Royal back talked with William and was hung up on!!! Called again, talked to axavieir(not sure on spelling) He refered me to another collection agency and after 7 hours on hold no answer. Called back and another 3 hours still no answer. Called Royal back and they won't talk anymore. RIP OFF stay away!!!
