Attention:

Please do not do business with Frank Ruiz owner of Ruiz Paralegal Services in Fresno, Ca.  He operates a scam paralegal services.  I paid him last Nov 14, 2014 to file an unlawfull detainer to one of our tenants but he never went to the court house and filed it.  After numerous times I called, emailed and text him he never responded.   Please be aware that he is still running his business and looking for more clients to scam.  I will do my best to stop this scum bag before he victimize more people.
