I am new to RUSHCARD. Direct Deposit worked fine so far. I paid my rent with it and it worked fine. To not have the fee I used the company website from my apartment complex. I also paid COMCAST via RUSHCARD BILL PAY and it worked.

So I was pretty happy and then it started:
Second time I wanted to pay my rent it seem to work, but after 6 days I received an email from my leasing office that the money does not show up. As well I bought a car and paid via PAYPAL with the account information given by RUSHCARD. I could receive money via PAYPAL, but could not pay via PAYPAL.

The bank, which is J P Morgan Chase did not recognize my account number, which should be my card number and PAYPAL canceled my account.
How to pay the car now and how to pay rent without getting EVICTED?

Customer Service was absolutely unable to help. Everything fine here, no problem Mr. Horris....I could not tell him that my name was HARRIS....he only could pronounce it his way. I was really getting angry and disappointed. I had to pay my rent again and hope it will now not get booked off my account twice which would put me in overdraft - if possible!

I am in huge trouble with my apartment complex and look at a possible EVICTION but also at $40 late fee, which I would not have received, if RUSHCARD would have paid right!

I don't know what is going on - trusted Russel Simmons and got kicked in my b$$$.
Hope everything will work out fine....hope to get all my $1 fees back which are over $10....I have read so many bad reviews by now, that I am getting scared!
