I submitted my mastercard info to dalbey's website a couple hours ago. After running across the rip-off website, I became alarmed at this guy's ethics, and realized I just made a big mistake. I immediately called my charge card company and was told that the $97 charge was still "pending" in my account.

I was informed that as soon as the charge is posted to my account, I should once again call the card company. They would then enter the charge as "disputed" to protect my account. I was also told by the card company that when the charge is posted, a contact phone number is provided by the merchant to the charge card company. I was told to check on my account periodically.

When the merchant phone number appears, I should call the merchant for a cancellation. I told the card representative that after reading about this merchant (Russ) on rip-offreport.comm, I didn't expect him to comply with my request. The card rep. then informed me that she also heard of the rip-off report.com website, which is considered a good reference for charge card disputes.

To summarize, this charge will be in dispute, and will probably not have to be paid. CALL YOUR CHARGE CARD COMPANY ASAP AFTER PAYING FOR RUSS'S "COURSE". It will keep this con from getting paid, and save you a lot of worry and headaches. Good luck!!
