Safe National of America Wrong Product Delivered Saint Petersburg, Florida

Getting what you ordered wrong especially when you badly need it is a very very frustrating! I ordered a printer a laser printer from Safe National of America and they promised my office that they’ll have it delivered just in time for us to print necessary programs for a symposium. Yes, they did delivered, a day early but the thing is they delivered an ink jet printer and our programs are to be printed in a special paper for laser printers. I was so flustered, it was a simple thing and they made a mistake. Come on they are an electronic store and this should come natural for them to send the right products to their customers! We had to find a shop with printing services that would agree to print the program for us! We went out the budget and our team s to compensate for that. It just added stress and we don’t need that at that time the symposiums a day away! Nevertheless tempers rose up as to why the printer was wrong and it added problems to our situation! What kind of a store is this!
