Safe National of America External Hard Drive did not last long St, Petersburg, Florida

External drives are supposed to be durable since this is where you save your backup files! And the clerk at  the Safe National of America indeed assured me that their Hard Drives are durable. So  I bought one and good thing Ive only transferred a little of my files before the Hard Drive stopped working. And this was three days after I bought it. Naturally I went back to the store to have it exchanged which they did but after a week, the hard drive stopped workin again, and this time I had some important files saved in it!!! I went back and asked why their hard drives are  not of good quality and they cant even give me a clear answer! I AM angry  because the files I LOST were important ones! I had the hard drive cheked with another technician and he said it’s because the hard drive I bought wasn’t of high-quality and he said I paid more than the hard drive’s worth! Good thing tough h was able to get my files back! But I can’t just sit around and let the store get away with this and I am not surprise to all the reports posted because I experienced how they make a mistake and how they treat customers! Spread the word, stop buying from this store!
