Safe Simple Commissions Safe Simple Commissions doesn't Work Internet

Other webites say it's a security issue and give you a quick fix by changing a line or two in the php code.  Don't bother, that doesn't work either.  If you have goaddy, the php file you upload to your domain will give you this error when you try to access your site:

I emailed Safe Simple Commissions and have not received a reply and/or a fix to this issue.  I am dead in the water and they have my money.  They say to allow up to 48 hours for a resonse.  It has now been well over 60 hours and I still am not able to use their program.
