I was with Safe Touch over 5 years. Finance through Wells Fargo. and paid off the Finance. Once I paid off, Safe Touch started billing me based on the Automatice Renewal Contract and they renew it with out any notice. I called and requested for cancelation but they did nt do what I asked and countinue to billing me and now I received letter from collection agency and asking for the monthly services that even Safe Touch did not provide yet. the collection agency asking for the total of next TWO years services fees!! This is not honest business practice. Dont use Sfae Touch!!
