I purchased a 2 in 1 curling and straightening iron on 9/27/17 that they have not yet sent me. I contacted them about it and they said to allow up to 4 weeks for it to arrive. I have contacted them 3 times that I want a refund since then but I have yet to get a response, the product, or a refund. The cost was $59.94
