I want report the huge crimes of the electronics giant SAMSUNG.

I do have enough and conclusive evidence that Samsung is defrauding, stealing and even robbing its ordinary customers out of repair fees. I’m sure these crimes harm the people around the world.

I have been fighting Samsung’s crimes for more than 6 years. I just want to do a good and right thing for the people.

All evidence of Samsung’s crimes is on the above website, including audio recordings.

I collected the evidence when Samsung repaired my Samsung Blu-ray Disc Player (also called DVD) from Dec.10, 2012 to Feb.6, 2013. My Blu-ray Disc Player should have been repaired by Samsung for free, but Samsung tried their best to defraud me out of my repair fees.

On Dec.10, 2012, I took my DVD to Samsung’s repair station, Samsung’s engineer inspected it at my presence and told me the laser head was broken, laser head was guaranteed for two years, it was less than one and half a years, Samsung should have repaired it for me for free, but the repair station wanted to charge me CNY280 for repairing it, of course I didn’t agree. The repair station told me to call Samsung Customer Care Center to talk about it. I left my DVD in the repair station, and went to buy an IC Recorder. Afterwards, I audio recorded all of Samsung’s lies.

At 16:27, Jan 6, 2013, Person in Charge No.1168 of Samsung Electronics Customer Care Center Complaints Department called me and said, “…There are no parts in DVD Disc player guaranteed for two years, you misheard our staff, two year guarantee is for computer not for DVD Disc player…” No.1168 did indeed lie about the warranty, I taped his lies. This means Samsung started to fake up false warranty policy to defraud customers out of repair fees.

At 14:35, Feb 1, 2013, Person in Charge No.1891 of Samsung Electronics Customer Care Center Complaints Department called me and said, “… I have just verified with the repair station, the movement is broken.” I said, “This is not true, because at the first time he (the engineer) said very clear the laser head was broken. …” No.1891 indeed lied about the faulty part, I also taped her lies. This means Samsung started to fabricate false faulty part to defraud customers out of repair fees. A few minutes later, I called the engineer who inspected my DVD, he confirmed again that the laser head was broken, I also taped the conversation with the engineer.

At 15:30 No.1635 of Samsung Electronics Customer Care Center Complaints Department called me and said, “We have asked that repair station there, that repair station said that your laser head was not broken.” I asked him who told him the laser head was well, he told me it was Miss Ren of the repair station, I taped No.1635’s call. A few minutes later, I called Miss Ren, she told me she did not tell No.1635 that the laser head was not broken because the laser head was indeed broken. I taped Miss Ren’s remarks also. No.1635 upgraded Samsung’s lies about faulty part, this means Samsung tried their very best to literally fabricate faulty part to defraud customers out of repair fees.

These three persons in charge, No.1168, No.1891 and No.1635, defrauded me out of repair fees for Samsung Company, not for themselves. And these actions were not just fraud, but also robbery, because when they made these lies to me I knew the real warranty policy and I knew exactly which part was broken. If customers don’ know the real warranty policy or the real broken part, Samsung could steal them out of repair fees.

I sued Samsung Chinese branch in China court, but as you know Samsung can bribe the president of South Korea, it was very easy for Samsung to bribe the Chinese judges, so the Chinese court dismissed my suit finally.

So I went to USA (Nov 2014 – Mar 2015) to disclose Samsung’s crimes. I was holding a Sign saying,“SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS IS ACTUALLY A SWINDLING GANG, SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS SWINDLES CONSUMERS OUT OF MONEY” in Times Square in New York City from Dec 8th to 15th 2014 for a week (more than 50 hours).

I keep fighting Samsung’s crimes every single day, putting post on a Chinese internet forum named Tianya Forum. And I’m learning English very hard hoping I can disclose Samsung’s crimes around the world.
