This report is being written to warn against an online stalker named Samuel Gregory Kirwin of Longview, TX. And to be honest, nobody wanted to write this (even me), but as a relatively large group of individuals who have been harassed by Sam for two years, there aren’t many options left.

In 2010, some of us “met” Sam by way of a discussion forum for a company that we all worked for. It’s a company that hires people to work from home, so the people who work there (independent contractors, more commonly referred to as “agents”) live all over the country. We communicate via the discussion forum provided by the company. It’s not uncommon that, after working there for a while and talking to people so regularly, agents become friendly and begin to communicate outside the forums via email, facebook, or phone. In our case, a group of more than 30 people, who had all worked for the company for a long time, did just that. Sam was not a part of that group, but he was aware of it. Sam made his own friendly connections there and that’s where this all began.

Sam was kicked out of the forum (by the company we worked for) over two years ago because he threatened to shoot another agent in the head, but at that time, the company didn’t terminate his employment, so he continued to work there for another year and half or so.

One of Sam’s friends – named Joy Field, who also has been involved in harassing this group - got into an argument with another agent who Sam perceived to be a friend of myself and the group of us who talk outside of work. He went about contacting that agent outside of work (I’m not sure how he got her contact information), mainly by harassing her on facebook. He also took a picture from her facebook page – a picture of the woman’s grandson. In an attempt to upset and humiliate the woman, he edited it to make it sexually derogatory and to imply that the woman had committed sexual abuse against the small child. Sam’s woman friend posted it in the work forums on his behalf. Plenty of people spoke out against it, brought it to the attention of the company, and asked the company to address the matter appropriately, at which time they did not. With neither Sam nor his friend suffering any consequences for this disturbing behavior, they continued. For over a year, Sam’s woman friend posted his angry, threatening messages in the work forum, but Sam wanted to take it further.

Because over time, many people in forums like to connect outside of forums, it’s not uncommon for agents to post their email addresses in forums to have their work friends contact them privately. Most of us had at some time. With that, and the help of his woman friend who still had access to the forums, he began finding us online. Myself and the more than 30 other agents who had become friendly outside of forums began to receive disturbing messages from Sam via email and facebook. By finding our facebook pages, Sam was able to find out many of our last names, and search our lists of friends to find others.  Eventually, he found all of us. He began writing long messages to send to our friends and family members (also found on facebook) claiming that we had done all the things he’d been doing. He had sexually harassed us, made violent, threatening statements, cyber-stalked us, and yet, he sent messages to all of our contacts accusing us of doing those very things, asking our contacts to seek out mental help for us before he took legal action. Meanwhile, none of us had ever reached out to him. We had not emailed him, not looked for his facebook, not contacted his friends or family, not threatened him – none of us had even so much as addressed him. This was not and is not an argument; we’re not fighting here. We’re being harassed.

When Sam sent messages to us, he would call us “s***,” “w****,” “b****,” “s****,” “c***,” “n*****-lover,” “idiot,” “psychopath,” “sociopath,” “loser,” etc. He would tell us to kill ourselves. He would tell us how he believed that we engaged in sexual activity with animals. He made fun of people that he knew (by seeing posts in the work forums) had health problems. He would say that we make our money by standing on the corner, prostituting to “Mexicans.” It was an almost constant barrage of racist, sexually degrading, sometimes violent commentary to which we never responded, hoping not to fuel his fire, hoping he would eventually tire himself out and just go away, but he continued.

We all agreed to ignore the messages he sent us, and to inform our contacts about the situation so that they would ignore him when they received his messages. When his messages didn’t produce the results he had hoped for, he began filing false reports against us to the police and the FBI, making the same claims that we had been harassing him; that we had made racist, violent threats, and sexually derogatory comments against him and Joy.

After that, he began to do things that put some of the agents in danger, both physical and professional. He posted reports about several of the agents in our group of friends on RipOff Report, which included the full names, addresses, phone numbers, and pictures of the agents, along with all the same accusations, and claiming they had harassed people with disabilities. He spent weeks calling one agent’s job making all the same claims against her, trying to get her fired. He sent a letter to another agent’s apartment complex trying to get her evicted. He put these claims in comments on an agent’s cooking blog to try to damage her reputation. Believing that one of the agents is a Muslim, Sam put the agent’s full name on a blog article that was spewing hatred and lies about Muslims and claimed that this agent (who he named) is part of Hamas and Hezbollah, is a terrorist, has threatened him, and is dangerous (photo below). This might have put her safety in danger as the blog and many of the comments on it were written by a person local to the agent. Sam posted an agent’s picture, name, address, and phone number on a website full of perverts, claiming he was her ex-boyfriend, saying he caught her “sucking some [n-word’s] [male sexual organ]” and told the people there to contact her (photo below).  He found business listings for an agent’s company and posted negative reviews about it, making the same accusations as usual. He has contacted many agents’ spouses and children on facebook. He has made public facebook pages about the agents and their children and posted pictures of all of them as well as their addresses and phone numbers. He harassed one agent by telling her that pedophiles were getting ahold of pictures or videos of her children and using them for sexual gratification. He has contacted family members of multiple agents claiming that the agents’ children were being neglected or abused, and asking the family members to call Child Protective Services. He has gotten ahold of agents’ phone numbers and called their homes at all hours. All of this activity still continues today.  

By getting all of our information, he has been able to insert himself into our lives and has been doing just that for over two years with no response, and almost no consequence. Recently, he was finally terminated from the company we all worked at, as was Joy, once it was finally proven that they were working together to harass us and violating company policy in order to do so. Naturally, it has only fueled his behavior. He is this dedicated to harassing a bunch of people he has never met and in most cases, has never had a conversation with (a few people had had friendly chats with him in the work forums before he was removed and before this all started). If he can be this angry, this persistent, and this dedicated to making trouble for a bunch of strangers, it seems quite likely that he is just as capable of doing the same (or worse) to someone he actually knows or has had face-to-face interaction with. Nothing happened to Sam. Nobody attacked him, or bothered him, or even contacted him. He assumed that we were friends with a woman who offended his friend more than two years ago and he’s been harassing us ever since. Can you imagine the time and energy it must take for a person to dig up information and constantly harass 30 strangers? It seems like he’s disturbed and I believe that he could do this to anyone. That’s the reason for this warning.

You can see by the examples below that Sam is recognizable by the language he uses and the style he writes in. He has even confessed to ALL of this behavior both to us, the people he’s been harassing, as well as to the police. There is no doubt that it is Sam Kirwin who is doing all of these things to all of these people. In fact, he has stated repeatedly that he is proud of his behavior and he enjoys that people talk about it. That’s another reason that I’m not very happy to be writing this complaint about him. I don’t like to feel as though I’m responding to his behavior or giving him attention, but the fact is, with all the things he’s done to all of us, he’s potentially doing harm to our reputations (at the very least) and that needs to be addressed. It needs to be made clear in a forum as public as the one where he’s worked so diligently to do harm to all of us. That's all for now, only reason I even bothered on your dumb a** again is because I'd felt about about what I'd said about [name #5 removed] since I did it, especially when I know that she was not the one who did that to me - peace out.

Beneath the slather of incoherant adverbs and adjectives it's written on, the recipies are fairly simple, bland (and offen unhealthy), and it's really is more comparable to "cooking with Dummies" than any blog by an 'actual' famous chef  (but as [name removed] who's idea of 'class' is shopping at Walmart versus the Dollar General, nothing much was expected to begin with)."
