I filed my 2008 tax return with Turbo Tax. A day after I filed I was sent an email saying my tax return had been accepted and that my refund would be deposited on March 27,2009. Today is March 27,2009 and no refund.
About 10am (MST) I received a email from SBBT that they did not receive funds from IRS to distribute for delivery on March 27, 2009. They now have those funds and will deduct there payment and get my refund sent out. It is now 11:30am and still no refund. What is SBBT doing with the money they are receiveing from IRS?

A better question is why is Turbo Tax sending your refund to SBTC instead of to your own bank? And why does SBTC charge you an additional $29.95 to turn it around and send it to your bank? This is a huge ripoff and should be looked at by the IRS.
