Santander Consumer / Sovereign Auto Loan Not willing to help the customers and charging fruadulent fees Dallas Texas

I have 2 car loans with the company and I have made payments on time on both loans. They sent me a letter telling me that I haven't paid my other loan yet, so I called them up and they were so animate to just get a payment from you. I found out that my paid for both loans were credited only to one loan and not the other. I asked them if there is a way to fix it and they said NO.

I continued to call them up and no one can seems to tell me anything except they want my payment. They can not even have the Accounting Department connected to me so that I can help them fix the mistake but the sure answer they have is "we can not connect you to that department and I will try to email them and have your acoount looked at".

Today I called them to ask if I can have a defferment on my account and the representative told me that they are not processing any defferment right now. The way I get it is that "They do not want to help the consumer all they want is the payment. I also asked the representative if my application for defferment get denied will have some type of letter telling I was denied? He said NO...

The way I get that is that they do not want to have any paper trail that they did not help the customer.

If there are more people out there who have the same problem as mine with these Company (Santander Consumer USA) well let us get our act together and let us bring them to Court.

Totally Fruadulent action. I wish a lawyer sees this comments and see if there is any legal thing we can do as a consumer.
