I googled "Java" to download the software. The site appeared and I followed the directions.

I was asked to pay by credit card, but there was an option for PayPal. I chose PayPal.

After payment was confirmed, I was prompted to continue to download by inputting my email address. Which I did.

A pop-up advised me that the email address was invalid. I tried again, and again, but it would not work.

I then went to the RipOff Report. (Yeah yeah, I know!!! But I thought I was dealing with Java.)

Finding other posts about this company, I contacted PayPal but was told the payment had already been made. I was told that PayPal holds payments in escrow until they have the funds.

I then contacted my bank and removed all funds available to PayPal.

Saphie Number One Limited is not authorised by Java to act as agent.

This company is an outright fraud.

My bank debited my account anyway and put it into overdraft. PayPal however did its homework and refunded the money.

If you are ripped off, or believe so, my advice is; start as you intend to finish. Act quickly. I contacted Paypal within 10 minutes of realising I had been ripped off.

I have no affiliation with Paypal other than as a user of their services. I am so glad that I used Paypal instead of a credit card, because I doubt that I could have had the payment reversed at all through a bank, let alone so quickly.

Do not deal with Saphie Number One Limited.
