Saphie Number One Limited sold me antispyware and I never recieved the product. Internet

I purchased antispyware from this company and paid through paypal so I thought it was safe. They said I was to recieve it vie e-mail ans I never recieved it. I have tried to contact the company and have been unable to. My account was charged for a year long membership. I am at a lost and not sure where to go from here.
