i purchased a book from the above site only to discover that it was an electronic book the whole transaction went well till i wanted to download a copy of the book then no download although a counter said iam downloading i got nothing

then i went to get a refund based on their advertised guarentee of 30 days no hassle policy then things went wrong from there.

i have sent them more than a dozen e-mails and also as many telephone calls to the two numbers on their websitee-mails only get an autoresponder and the voice mail boxs are full also

i noted that the autoresponder numerator went up by over 300 over the weekend. these people need to be stoped in their tracks as they are very well organised
this is fraud and is also concisered credit card fraud too

hi yes i finaly got all of my money refunded only after many telephone calls to canada and many emails too both ammounts in two seperate payments returned to my credit card even though they said that they had allready sent out three seperate checks.in closing i would just say that i would not deal with them again and i would not recomend anybody to deal with them.

I checked the system and you were indeed refunded on the 3rd of June.

As this seems to have resolved you issue,
Please remove this post, as we have kept our side of the agreement by
providing you a refund.

As far the product being a ebook, that fact is clearly posted on our website.
