Funny I went to you company because I had such drama with Buymarinecover.com.So I decided to go with the manufacture of product thinking.

They should have better customer service. One should known better with way young lady and Tom answered the phone. I ordered two 2014 Yamaha Elite jet ski covers. My credit card was charged there is 3 pending charges.

That is over 700 dollars when its said and done. The young lady not paying attention or writing things down asked me for my credit card 4 times. The last time she said it went thru. She was having issues with the correct information in computer.

Now I am customer service manager. I asked her for the confirmation number she said It will be emailed to me, I did not receive and email. SO I call today. Tom wants to act like I am *** and do not know what I am talking about.

You have no record of me yet I have multiple pending charges. So in order for company to  have record of me there has to be charge. Yet I have several pending charges. As I was trying to explain to Tom I understand how systems work they all work differently him basically calling me a liar.

Lets get something straight when young lady who took the order could not get it go thru the first couple times she put zip code in wrong and address the second time. So your system works same way the card billing has to match the address. Tom offered me 10% off for my troubles I am sorry I got 10% off for ordering two covers is this another 10% off. No he said that is all I get.

So then what do I get for my troubles. I get multiple charges on credit card with no record of me ever making a purchase. I am unsure about the Cover industry. I must say from all the research I have done and all the fake reviews or only keeping the good ones.

Is there a truly good cover company out there. I am beginning to question the whole industry. On side note the young lady was polite  even after every time she was asking for my info. Tom as misguided as he was on phone backing the company was still nice and calm on the phone.

The fact neither one of them listen or write stuff down that is were customer service stopped. The allure for your company was you were a manufacture and figured dealing with you for any issues it was handled direct not from second party like buymarine. You are not the only manufacture. This rant may lay on deaf ears and may not make it to who is should.

So good luck you will be seeing reviews from me.Thank you

I have finally talked to Manager today. Larry called me back from shipping. It seems sales service and customer service are fairly new/ Thats fine  Larry took care of me my product was actaully on route with UPS. The problem was new people not knowing how to search or the correctly writing down the accurate information.  I should have my product today UPS tracking.
