Sears Robuck rip-off Cutler Ridge Florida

I purchased the extended warranty from Sears because I have kids in the house and accidents happen. Sears supposely has fixed my camera 3 times for the same problem. My camera still does not work. Sears can not fix the unit, nor will they replace it. Let me tell you about their customer service. The second time I went to pick up the camera, I waited for one hour while they looked for it. They never found it. I called the next day and Oh, it was setting on the desk. I had to drive 20 miles to pick it up. The thrid repair was so much more fun. When I went to pick it up, I would not take the camera because the power cable was not returned to me nor did the camera work correctly. The girl at Sears sit the camera down on the table and walked off. I was told by Sears if they service a product for the same problem three times, that the product falls under the lemon law and the camera would be replaced. Now that I have had it services three times, Sear is telling me a different story. I will not ever buy from Sears again. Joyce homestead, Florida
