Seaside Computers ,Computer Repair This company shouldn't be allowed to use "computer" and "repair" in same sentence. N. Myrtle Beach South Carolina

While on vacation my laptop computer went down. Since we were staying 2 wks , I decided to have a local Myrtle Beach company do the repair. Seaside Computers said they could have it fisxd in a couple of days and it would cost 250.00.

They called in a couple of days and said it was ready. It wouldn't boot up when I went to pick it up. They took it in the back and told me they knew what had happend and I could pick it up the next day.

It seemed to work OK the next day so I paid them and took it with me. It only lasted for one day and it was back in same condition. I called and wound up taking it back a second time.

I picked it up for the 3rd time the day we left to return home and it was working.

Got home and it quit again. I sent this computer to them via ups two more times and it was returned supposedly fixed. It wasn't and I asked if they would just refund my money. So far no refund. Its been several months.

I have also learned that this company has had many unresolved complaints locally. I should have better checked them out before giving them my business.

In Myrtle Beach stay away from Seaside Computers Inc.
