I went to change my policy by adding another vehicle and paid $25, the broker told me that if I didn't like the change I could come into the office and correct it. He lied. When I tried to come in the office he said that the only way I can take the other car off was to show proof that I had got insurance for it somewhere else. He didn't tell me that I had to do that when I went into the office. He said just come in and he will change it back. He lied to me.
