Back in July I decided to try to get our loan modified.  After researching I discovered that SPS paid delinquent taxes totalling over $1000.  After several failed attempts I discovered that they had paid 2003, 2010 and 2011 delinquent taxes.

I tried to explain to them that they had my escrow account and had paid 2010 and 2011 in the appropriate years.  Long story short I was correct, but I had to go to the city and get it started.  I call them and all they can say is I'm sorry we can't control when it gets refunded.  

They talked to the city 5 weeks ago, but failed to follow up.  I called the city yesterday and discovered that they had sent a check almost 4 weeks ago.  They have not received it I was trying to tell them what was told to me but they kept giving me the run around so finally I told her I wanted them to call tomorrow and get it taken care of she told me she would put in a request but could not promise anything.

They constantly call me about this or that about the modification, but always want to know when the next payment will be made.  WE ARE NOT LATE but are struggling.  But they cannot call us about the money they took out of our ESCROW, that I believe they did not have a right to take out.
