One week has passed since last group of lost paperwork was refaxed SPS ( they have claimed to have not recieived docs repeatedly) this is part of their organized efforts to scam people. Today we received a new letter from SPS CLAIMING to have not received the paperwork again. Wake up SPS customer they are a rip off outfit. Contact your senator office and complain.
