Sellyourboatnow.com tried to antagonize me into a harassment situation to void their guaranteed sold by year end refund Internet

October,2007 I contacted sellyourboatnow.com.Right away they had a buyer who wanted my 14'puffer sailboat! After some confusion the buyer was lost.I asked for refund, response,no way!
November,2007 S.Y.B.N. was an eventful month. Complete with a classic scam who offered me 2x the price and sent rubber checks if I would pay the shipper what I was asking for the boat! Local sheriff and bank had fun with that, could not track down culprit!
An error in their listings resulted in them calling me an idiot! They claimed I was harrasing them!
Later on in '08' I again wanted a refund and would get B.B.B and small claims involved!They threatened heavy legal action and the loss of the year end refund!
Any future contact was to be made by my attorneys or I would loose that refund!That would be great if you could find their legal address !They said they would continue to run listing however!
When year expired I asked for refund. They claimed ,my attorney did not contact them so my contract was void!
