I used this site to purchase a gift, which needed to arrive on a particular date. It was very close in time, so I choose the 2-day shipping method for an additional $30. This appared to be the appropriate selection, given that the delivery date was 2 days away. To be sure, I placed the order, then immediately contacted the company by e-mail to confirm that the request could meet the shipping demand and that I would upgrade to overnight if necessary. The company reponded that it would expedite my processing for an on-time delivery and that I would receive a tracking number shortly. I did not receive a tracking number, and followed-up 2 days later on the requested deliery date. The company reponded that they would request 'another' e-mail of the tracking number, insinuating that they had already sent me one and that the order had already been completed. I did not receive a tracking number that day.

The follong week I called and left a message stating that the intended recipient never received the order and that I'd like to cancel. 4 hours later I received a tracking number stating that the order had just been shipped. I called again and sent an e-mail stating that I wanted to cancel. Another hour went by and they ran my credit card for the purchase price. I'm still waiting on an appropriate response, but this is clearly shaping up to be a scam or a very poorly run organization. I'll now have to have my credit card company deny the charge. I would stay away.

Company later responded, cancelled the order, rescinded the payment and stated that it would refund my card in 5-10 business days.
