Send.com Received money, failed to deliver my gift items, does not respond to e-mail or phone, a scam., Internet

 I was gifted with a Scotch of the Month, 6 month program, in February 2010. In April, I received one bottle after filing an e-mail complaint with the company that I'd received nothing.


That was the first and last item, and now it's June.



The company does not respond to my e-mails or calls. They seem to have disappeared,

along with the money for the Gift Certificate.
