Senior Soulmates are stealing my money Internet

I want on line to Senior Soulmates back in 2014 and did not have any success on it. i paid for a one month trial and tried it for a month so since i had no success, it decided to cancel. i looked for a cancellation number and couldn't find it so until this day, money is still being taken out and i don't know how to stop it.
Please help me cancel this monthly payment. I would like to have my money refunded but i know that's not happening so i'll settle for cancelling. i don't have money to waste and can't afford to pay for something that i'm not using.

i just wanted to state that Senior Soulmates have been withdrawing $29.95 a month for over one and a half years or more. would like to get that back if i can. didn't realize that they were still taking it out after the one month trial but found out in 2015 that they still were.
