My parents renewed a year warranty policy for $465.97 with this company, Sensible Home Warranty, LLC. About 3 1/2 months later, they had an incident in their home, where their kitchen was flooded. Immediately they tried contact the company, only to find out that they were GONE! They were Out Of Business. They simply took my parents payment and left! Through doing some research online, I found that Business Consumer Alliance (BCA) has been taking complaints from consumers with a similar experience... Not only are they taking complaints to report on the company, but they are also rating them with an "F".
