Service King Worst Serice I have ever gotten!! san Anonio Austin, texas

 WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH!!! The San Antonio shop on Broadway street did the worst repair job I have ever seen. I couldn't believe it. I was in an accident and crashed my 2012 Chevy Cruize on January 8 and the tow company (paid off) towed it there. My insurance company, said they, (Service King) were #1 on their list, and I now know why. They will take every short cut possible, saving the insurance company money. they are all in bed together you see. I will now refer to this so called body shop as Service Queens, because they totally acted like stuck up queens from this point on. Ok, now let's fast forward to February 14th, AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK!!!!!

I was totally flabergasted and so frustrated I could not do anything. Service Queen has now had my car for well over 5 WEEKS now. Finally after calling managers at Service Queen and my insurance company, they called for me to come pick the car up Service Queen put old parts back on, scratched up the hood and light lenses, I was flabergasted and in awe. I was truly sick to my stomach. I drove the car back to Austin. The next day, my wife noticed a crack in the front bumper, by now I was livid. So now I had to deal with the Service Queen in Austin, TX off of s. I-35. I have no clue to as why they claimed the crack was now a second/separate issue, but they said they would not fix it.

It was just a crack that by now had turned into a pretty large crack. I found out they replaced the front bumber with a "reconditioned" bumber. I am FURIOUS that after 5 weeks of having my car, I will say it again, THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 6 WEEKS TOTAL INCLUDING THE TIME THEY HAD TO FIX ON THE OTHER REPAIRS THEY COULDN'T GET OUT OF. I asked 3 other shop throughout this process and they all told me the same thing!!! The crack did come from a second impact but since I saw it so soon, the day after I got home, they all said they would have just fixed the darn thing to make sure evrything was right. I swear to God and to you that this is 100% a true story and I beg you, plead with you to not take your damaged vehicle to be repaired at this 2 bit, non-proffesional, no class havin' wanta be half way decent body shop.

I have started a campaign here in Austin, Texas exposing this company's way of treating it's customers here in Austin and San Antonio based on my experience and have approx. over 1200 followers as of May 24th, 2013. It took this company 5 weeks to return my car and another week to fix it some more and they still refused to fix the crack in the bumper. All this company had to do was just replace the bumper with a new bumper and NOT a used bumper and I at least probabaly would have just gotten over it, learned a lesson to never do business with Service Queen again, and be on my way. But every day I come out, see that darn crack and get working on getting more followers in my campaign to expose this company for what they really are. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
