I am another victim of SFL Nutrition LLC Boca Raton Florida. I ordered the "free sample" online plus paying postage of $5.95 and received a bottle from SFL Nutrition LLC, Boca Raton. The funny thing is that the day I ordered they sent me an e mail confirmation stating it had been shipped on the 18th, and when the package arrived it was dated the 17th.

I was careful not to sign up for any membership or continuing orders.

My card showed the $5.59 charge on 1/21/09 and then showed a fraudulent and unauthorized charge on Feb 4, 2009 for $88.62.

I e mailed them on their "live talk form" that this was a fraudulent charge and to refund my card the $88.62 and attempted to call them -and got a recording.

Then I found all the complaints. This site is not the only one with complaints. There are several other rip off sites about them online.

Look up Florida State Attorney General Bill McCollum and either call or email your complaint. I am also going to pay a visit to the Fraud Division of the US Post Office and I thank the peron who posted all the different names they are operating under. I believe this is mail fraud among other kinds of fraud, and who knows what is in these pills ?? !! But I can tell you I didnt lose any weight or any of their other claims. False advertising.

Their websites are on GoDadddy. com. You might also start calling GoDaddy.com and advise them of the fraud and tell them to take down the sites .

I will also be making a police report to the Boca Raton Police Dept. and I suggest you all do so whether by email or phone call. Hey, since this is a national problem and they are mailing all over the states - a call to your local FBI might be helpful too.

They just scammed the wrong person.

Spoke with Fraud division of the US Post Office - Not sure the woman was correct since this is nationwide...but she says it is not mail fraud, it is identity theft ?? Well it could be when they send your credit card number to different sham company names after you have notified the cc
company to block any charges from the original company which billed you.

You have no choice but to close the account to stop them from billing $86.00 every week . If you dont close that account and get a different card they will contunue billing. This is all across the country.

spoke with Attorney General office of Florida. the whole scam they believe is originating with a LAWYER in Utah !!! And they are working on a civil suit against him because their officre is not able to bring criminal suits. They have been in touch with the Attorney General of the State of Utah and suggest we write this Utah attorney General as well as filing
a complaint with the State's Attorney in our own county.

Seems to me since this is both a nationwide scam and interntional too - your billing is going offshore - that the FBI should be able to bring criminal charges. So if enough people call the FBI maybe we'll get somewhere.

I have discovered that AcaiberrySupreme.com is a registered domain with
GoDaddy.com as are the many other sites they use.

I have written a complaint to GoDaddy suggesting that they discontinue
the use of their domains by these people...they are hiding their true names and addresses by using GoDaddy as their proxy address.

If you go to GoDaddy.com and put in AcaiberrySupreme.com then click on who is you will find GoDaddy's proxy address and at the bottom a
contact to email Go Daddy. I suggest sending the e mail to Go Daddy
telling them this company does not answer its's phone, does not cancel orers, and once it gets your credit card number they continue to charge
$88.62 again and again even though no product has been ordered , and there has been no way to stop them since they dont answer the phone, or return messages left.
