 It was no surpise to See Shane Dayman and Liza AKa Elizabeth back in Peace River Albereta running River Rock restaurant,  after he Scammed Golden Grill in Golden BC.   He is clever, shrewed and knows how to work along the lines,  He has burnt lots of places in past ,  Langley, Kreemos , Revelstoke, Nelson, Edmonton Samnds Hotel Restaurant,  Golden Grill Located in Days Inn Golden BC.

This is how he does,   He puts hiomself as  manager,  Elizabeth Simmons as a lease Holder , They open up a new company under Albert alimited under Elizabeth simmons name as properitor,  He walks in as a Manager. They sign the lease with the restaurants that are looking for operators on sites lie KIjiji or Craiglist or other sites.  He talks very politely.  The day he schedules an interview he brings Elizabeth / liza and her daughter try to putan impression that they are family oreinted person and a serious guys looking for the right opportunity. sweet talk and talks big things how he can turn the place upside down.  Once he moves in He will run it fiorst on Cash Only and hires the employees and willnot pay them. Then starts calling police on their employees once they start asking for pay and blaming them as stealers. Thus employees are harrased and they leave. Ths happens every time on every location, i personally withnessed this in Golden BC. When an employee complains top labour board , he has 30-60 days to respons and in the mean time he wraps up his business and leaves in the night.  He does not pay his lease as well thus not only employees are after him but owners of the premises.  So in the end everyone is left dry.  The police cannot do much since it is Civil and they tried to stay away even they know this guy ver well. Watch him he is coming somewhere to haunt his new catch...
