I hired Shari Monroe Swift and Legal Shield Prepaid becaUse I though they were a good company. Shari told me she was ex FBI and she was going to help me with some Estate Planning. She would tell me things and forget what she said. She would tell me she is always right becaUse LEGAAL SHIELD RECORDS ALL PHONE CALLS!!! However, I was never told that they were recording my calls. WHEN I asked her to prove what I said and let me hear the recording. She declined, she called me stupid. However, the email she writes is full of misspellings and grammer errors. NO WONDER PRE PAID LEGAL CHANGED THIER NAME TO LEGAL SHIELD. WHEN THEY HAVE LIARS LIKE SHARI MONROE SWIFT WORKING FOR THEM THSY HAVE TO CHANGE THIER NAME BECUASE OF THIER BAD REPUTATION. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

In response to the complaint listed. I have not done any company business this entire year. I have been fighting thyroid cancer so I have not written any business at all. I went on 1 meeting .
Its sad that people want to trash others in this manner. Legalshield is a great business and if you dont want it dont get it but dont trash things because they didnt work for you.
Matt Gordan a young associate that wanted guidance went on a group appointment and spent his own money to get there and he didnt sell anything. So sadly it appears that he is the one behind this!

Shari also tried to rip me and my company off.
The details are far too many, but long story short, months and hundreds of dollars later, this woman did nothing for me. When I called her out on her mistakes, she harrassed me and threatened me. I have worked with Legal Shield before and never experienced such a disrespectful and dishonest representative.
Former FBI agent??? Maybe...
Psyco, sketchy liar?? Most definately.

Mr. Todd Lewis VP of Blue Tax was hired by me to take care of a 2008Tax issue. He and his company failed to do anything. for $4500.00.
He continued to harrass me long after I fired their company and requested a refund. He appears to be very unstable trying to slander myself and the LegalShield Company without cause.
I have never done business with him on behalf of LegalShield and I certainly have no knowledge as an Estate planner.
This Report appeared after I made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau .
Due to his behavior a criminal complaint is being filed against him including a restraining order.
Mr. Lewis sadly you feel you must hide behind such a report to bolster not returning a refund. You have now made a simple civil arbitration into a criminal case against you.
It is clear that you need some help. There are many good Mental Health professionals out there. I suggest you seek one.
