Shelter Island Apartments Alhambra Place Partnership Establishment's hired staff stole Rx meds, durable medical equipment and numerous valuable other personal items in which they claimed to have packed away Las Vegas Nevada

This establishment claims to discard only perishables during a lockout. Unfortunately, on 12/2/16 I had the very unfortunate misfortune to find out this is true. Due to my personal health issues and recent surgeries I had to move there and became late. I called on 123/16 to inquire how much do I owe & to request my security box w/ my meds. I got the run around from desk Matt for a little while trying to get him to understand I had been without my meds & needed them. He placed me in hold again (after telling me the Mgr. said it would cost $250 to get my things when I asked to speak w/ the Mgr. he was now off the property) Ms. Hannah gets on the phone and I explain my situation to her she tells me there & was nothing she can do after I again tried to explain to her I hadn't my meds since Friday, I told her I already called my pharmacy and according to my ins co. they will not cover the cost of replacement meds since I just picked them up (early refill.) She wont listens tells me there wasn't anything like a black bag, satchel or pouch of meds in the unit &and she won't listen to me. Ms. Hannah continues to try to over talk me when I state to her you won't listen to me & I'm trying 2 explain where I left my security box which is black w/ silver accents around it. She again states in a demanding voice there's nothing I can do call me tomorrow.

As I began to say something she placed me on in hold & NEVER came back to the line. I stated in hold approximately 20mins before disconnecting. I called the facility Sunday as she stated was placed on in hold for 10mins before she came to the line and asked if I could come down to pick up my security box. At no time did she tell me I was picking up all my things without paying the lockout few. The last time it was discussed she asked me did I have at least $200 & I told her no I didn't get paid until Friday 12/9/16. I arrived at 1330 (because she said her maintenance staff leave between 1430-1500) and I told her I would be there at 1400. I get there I waited over 20mins before she came up & then was asked if I was driving I stated no (she knows personally I just had a hysterectomy & bladder repair surgery so I haven't been driving; we've personally talked about it) cause she's allowing me to get all my stuff cause she can't just let me get my medication. As I went through my returned items many items were not accounted for including my security box containing my meds (2 of which are narcotics that I disclosed to Ms. Hannah that's why I kept my meds locked up), my kIndle Fire HD, ipod, digital camera, basket full of new white towels, Air Force Ones (my son's), his brand new slippers, air mattress w/ pump in a box, 2qty ballerina slippers (1- black & 1-pink), Neck Headset Wireless Bluetooth, black purse containing my glasses, Verizon MiFi; Mobile Hotspot; $12 of floral hair accessories, my durable medical equipment, Rescue Essential MET Scissor Combo pack, dishes & pots, my son's thick insulated black sweater, all my personal hygiene care products (some brand new never opened seal still intact) used for prescribed my dermatology but not covered by ins.

I just dont believe the reasoning and excuse given is accurate. Nor do I believe the staff of this establishment throw out perfectly brand new cups w/ my company's logo or never used personal hygiene products or a fully never used laundry soap. I had baskets and storage boxes even if that was the case my powder laundry detergent was in a storage box where is the storage box. I had a storage box w/ travel hygiene care products in the closet where is the storage box if only the perishables were discarded. I have the same questions about my medical supplies (to clean my wounds & surgical sites) that are unaccounted for. They were in the closet in a gray basin on the top shelf. Neither my white or gray basins were returned. The white basin was in the sink w/ dishes in it.
