Shopgoodwill.com Froze my account after i questioned shipping rate Internet

Shopgoodwill.com needs to be shut down by the US Attorney General! I have been shopping on the internet for over 20 years now and have never seen anything like I have until now and this is the blatant excessive shipping charges that shopgoodwill.com charges, it's to the point where they fraudulent and something needs to be done about it by the government. This week I was bidding on a vacuum cleaner on their site, under the shipping estimate button it said the actual weight of the product is 23.2 pounds the shipping weight is 63, that is almost triple the weight of that item greatly adding to the shipping cost of that item! When you question them about the shipping cost or about the weights they have listed, they just close the inquiry and they just freeze you from bidding on anything else on the site or they just close your account! They don't send you anything about what did or anything! It's not all the store locations that do this, but the biggest abuser of the shipping charge fraud I have seen so far is the Columbia Willemette store, I have seen them quadruple shipping weights where it will add anywhere from 5 to 50 dollar or more to the shipping cost and they are just pocketing the money at the cost of the customer, WHICH IS FRAUD! AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED AND STOPPED NOW! All this is doing is hurting Goodwill reputation and all the good they do! There seems to be no oversite by anyone at the national, state or local levels of government at all! Just because Shopgoodwill.com is a non-profit organization doesn't give them carte blanche to rip off there customers and feel they are exempt from the law! Shame on you Goodwill!
