I ordered a bath tray off of shopko.com for in store pick up. The website stated my order would be available in 5-7 days and I would receive an email letting me know when it was ready. This was ordered as a Christmas gift, today is the 23rd and I placed the order on the 16th, however my item is still not there. I told the rep that because I was promised my item in no longer than a week I did not get anything else for my mother so I would like the item canceled and refunded. She grabbed a manager who refused to refund me because apparently they have to receive the item in store for it to be refunded. I've worked in retail, I know this is not the case but the manager insisted I would not be getting a refund. They also couldn't give me any tracking information so I don't think I will ever get my item or my money and I feel truly robbed. I have shopped with shopko for many years, but I will not be shopping with them any longer and I will make sure to inform everyone I know of my experience. I am truly upset that money was literally taken from me even though THEY THEMSELVES could not ensure me that I would even receive the item at all. I feel as though I was scammed and because shopko's employees do not care whether their customers are happy or not I know I will never get my money back. This can't be allowed, that is basically theft.

No item still. They looked all over but did not find it and then told me no refund until them item shows up. This is widely unfair, shopko literally took my money and gave me nothing for it. I appreciate the employees who took the time to look for the bath try I bought but still, I left empty handed and very very upset. This was a Christmas gift, I arranged to pick this item up from the store and i feel they should be responsible for it. I am very upset... Everything I searched and everyone I spoke to said that it is my right as a consumer to request a refund for an item I never got, especially if that item did not arrive when It was promised to.

Spoke to different rep who stated they are expecting a delivery tomorrow so we will see if it is there.
