I did not know that I had any membership.  I checked the activity on my credit card and found these charges.  They began in Aug. 2012.  I recived a call about this service and I declined and never received anything in the mail.  The charges have been taken out each and every month,  Aug. 2012 thru Jan. 2013.  I called them and ask why they had been charging my card.  The statement was that I took the service and that is why and there had been no cancellation made.  Of  course, no canecellation had been put in because I did not agree to receive anything. 

An amount of $118.93 has been taken from my account.  There are other complaints about this company too.  They need to be reported.  I talked to 4 people and the first one hung up on me, the second was as helpful as he could be, the third was customer service and she could not even find my account in her records, but she was nice and very helpful and the last was a supervisor who was able to find my membership number and give me the info to fax to file a written complaint.  We will see how this plays out when I send the letter for refund to the fax number.
