I placed an order August 8. After many delays, "we're working on it" postings on their website they finally posted that shipments would begin in Oct and we would be notified. NOTHING! No shipping info, no toys.

After 8 e-mails to them I finally got something other than the auto e-mail- asking me to be patient and to stop e-mailing them. That was 10 days ago. Still nothing. I bet they have made a killing off all of us. And they were smart enough to put us off until the 45 day limit passed on Paypal being able to do anything about a shipment not received. Complain to Paypal anyway- maybe they will cut them off if they get enough complaints. I thought since the payment was made thru Paypal I would be protected- not so.

It's not the money, it's the fact that they are ripping off folks who thought they were helping poor animals. These guys need to be shut down. Does anyone know how to file a class action suit?
