I purchased TWO Michael Vick dog toys August 7, 2007 from this company via E-Bay. I never rec'd the product - and when I inquired I kept getting BS e-mails stating the product was back-odered. By the time I contacted E-Bay about this they said I was out of the 45-day window to file a complaint. They stated they could do nothing further to help!

I sent numerous E-mails asking for a full refund and finally rec'd a form via E-mail from the company. I filled it out and faxed ithe forms the next day requesting two refunds - (sent two separate forms) and have not heard back from them.

I recently filed a claim w/ the Better Business Bureau if Jacksonville, FL and am awaiting their response!
