If you work for Sierra Mountain Express I can tell you without reservation you will never make retirement. Look around you at your fellow employee's, the average length of employment there is less than 2 years, and this is for a company that has been in business for more than 10 years. You will be promised the world by your manager's, you will be given nothing but empty promises - this is whether your a driver or a company employee.

You will be expected to give your heart and soul, you will be threatened by your job and in time they will fire you, they have a saying, let them take us to court who cares if we loose we don't have to deal with idiots - if you don't believe me look at any terminal this company has and look at the turnover and ask yourself why. It would be nice if the Dept of Labor looked into this companies business practices and their treatment of employee's, it's truely amazing.

If your a driver, your payroll will be continously screwed with, they will tell you that several problems existed to create the problem, but the reality is guys they had to wait on the GM wire transfer at the 1st of the month and then scramble to make settlements. Your local managers don't know this because they are told lies as well, all they are is glorified dispatchers who aren't supposed to think, and if you poke too much or get on the bad-side of the upper-management you will be fired, no doubt.

And speaking of General Motors, Bill Scanlon/Murray Zwickler/Jim Cornelison laugh at them, they think GM's Logistics group is full of idiots and don't have the common sense to figure out how bad of a shell game they really play on them all the time - and GM keeps falling for it. I wont even talk about the Safety Dept., this guy doesn't know his a*s from Adam, he works from home and still lives in the 70's - just call him and visit with him if you don't believe me, he wouldn't know a legal log if you handed it to him. Their idea of Safety is to make the paperwork pass the DOT audit, not one terminal is running legally.

Speaking of safety, they laugh at GM Quality too, they are lying on a daily basis at GM and I hate to say it but GM can't see that, just once I wish GM had the smarts to visit the right terminal without notice to find out this, it wouldn't be pretty. Speaking of wasted energy, Jim Cornelison - Director of Sales and Marketing hasn't gotten one contract for the company in over a year and a half, but he and Bill Scanlon partied in New Jersey and hired whores on the company while "conducting business" trying to get Mercedes contracts, just ask Jim about how he got his Sierra Mountain watch.

This company will lie and cheat to make the bills and pad the owner's pocket, while you sweat and bust your a*s Murray Zwickler will be vacationing in Russia, boating in Mexico or off the coast of Portland. You can't even talk to him, they have a open door policy but just ask the COO (Bill Scanlon), who screens every call by the way, why Murray's e-mail is filtered by the IT person? He doesn't have time for you is the reason, he's busy with his 2 planes and his boats and all his Simi-Valley social life to worry about you.

If your stupid enough to think this is Bullshit, next time your on the computer remember Ross Tsuchiyama in the technical group will be watching what you e-mial. I wish everyone good luck that has to deal with this companies games, and mark my words you will be job hunting within the next 6mos-year. At the next company gathering at Mr. Scanlon's house ask yourself who's bullshitting whom, nice house Bill keep up the games Billy boy.
